Sleep, Growth and Teeth

I was definitely pretending when I did all that good sleeping, but Mummy doesn't mind so much as it was really hot when I was waking up a lot and I was obviously thirsty. Now I'm pretty much back to the old 3 hourly routine, which means 2 night feeds, which Mummy is quite happy with.

I've also hit 18 weeks, and today I got weighed, and am a whopping 16lbs and 4oz, and am 65cm long! My growth is slowing, but considering I'm doing a lot more than just sleeping, eating and growing these days, its not really surprising! I'm still following my centile lines (between 50 and 75th for length and on the 75th for weight) so we're all pretty happy.

In other news, my teeth are on the move. They hurt me and so I want to spend all the time chewing Daddy's nice fingers. Unfortunately there's no sign of any of them yet, so this might go on for a while. Sometimes it hurts so much it even wakes me up! Thankfully Mummy is on standby with the bonjella, and when its really bad, the calpol. The nice health visitor told me to try nurofen too because that helps with the swelling, so we've got a good backup.

This Friday I am going swimming with my friends, which Mummy thinks will be hard work with a 1:1 mummy:baby ratio but it should still be fun!
